I recently had the chance to travel to Sapa in North Vietnam. A beautiful place with unique and amazing scenery. However for me the most memorable aspect of the place was the Hmong Sapa people native to this region. One afternoon I was able to spend some time with a local family, who use traditonal techniques of indigo dyeing and barik art pattern creation using molten beeswax to create rich and unique textile for theire traditional dress. Walking back to my hotel from a village in the late afternoon I stopped to do a quick flight with the Mavic Mini. The idea was to capture the majestic scenery as the sun dipped behind the mountains. However I soon found myself surrounded by half a dozen or so of the local kids, who were apparently fascinated by this magnificent man and his flying machine! I forgot about the scenery and instead opted to do a quick flyaway to capture the moment. The result is quite possibly my personal favourite Dronemancer video. Let me know what you think!
